Hybrid personal training programs are designed for people who want the ability to still meet 1:1 for workouts, while also having a program to complete on their own.  These programs are a great way for clients to get 1:1 workouts in (typically once a week, bi-weekly, or once a month), while completing the rest of your workouts on your own.
