Jason Williams is the owner of Custom Fit Colorado.  He has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2006 and has worked with thousands of clients all over the world, and has completed over 20,000 sessions during his career so far.

He earned his bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa while also competing in both football and track and field for 4 years while at Cornell College.  In addition to his degree, he holds several national certifications in personal training and nutrition including:

-National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM):
-NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer)
-NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist)
-NASM PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist)
-NASM FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist)
-Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach
-Pre + Post Natal certified
​-TRX + Kettle bell certified

He created Custom Fit Colorado with the ultimate goal of being able to add value to as many people's lives as possible through world class coaching programs and accountability.  He works daily with clients in his studios in Denver + Centennial and also through virtual training with clients all over the world. 

He lives in Centennial, CO with his wife Bridgid and their two sons, Oliver + Tanner and rescue pup Oscar.


Carly Kobasick- Certified Personal Trainer

Carly has been training in the Denver studio for the last 4 years. She has worked with clients of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels and holds national certifications including: 

- NASM CPT (certified personal trainer)

- NASM CNC (certified nutrition coach)  

- NASM CES (corrective exercise specialist)

- ACE Pre + Post-Natal

Carly’s goal with her clients is to create a plan and goals specific to YOU that is sustainable long term. She strives to educate her clients on proper form, programming, and nutrition to help you reach those goals, while providing accountability and having fun doing it! Carly’s approach with her clients is to help them live a balanced lifestyle, and doing all the things you love while still being able to reach all your fitness and wellness goals. She can’t wait to meet you and get started! 

When Carly is not training she likes to spend her time getting outside and being active, trying new restaurants, traveling, reading a good book and spending time with her fiance, family and friends. 


Katie Nolan- Certified Personal Trainer

Katie is an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She holds a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Vermont and a M.S. in Physical Activity & Wellness.

Katie competed in cross country and track & field in college and now enjoys training for marathons. She loves helping clients of all backgrounds unlock their inner athlete and become their strongest and healthiest selves.

When she’s not training clients or running, you can find Katie paddle boarding, hiking, biking, and exploring everything that Colorado has to offer.


Mike Schneider- Certified Personal Trainer

With over two decades of fitness industry experience, Mike is a well-respected personal trainer with a deep understanding of exercise science and kinesiology. His educational journey includes a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science from Iowa State University.

Mike’s approach is inclusive and client-centered, focusing on crafting fitness plans that resonate with each individual’s unique needs and aspirations. His clientele is diverse, encompassing beginners, experienced athletes, and those on a rehabilitation path. Mike is dedicated to helping each client enhance their physical fitness, mental resilience, and overall well-being, fostering an environment of respect and positive encouragement.

Beyond the gym, Mike leads an active and balanced life. In the summer of 2023, he embraced the challenging Leadville Lead Challenge, demonstrating his commitment to personal growth and resilience, and he plans to commit to the challenge for the summer of 2024. His leisure time is spent with his family, embracing outdoor adventures, biking, DIY around the house, and engaging in hobbies that include playing games, cooking, and baking, reflecting a holistic approach to life.

Mike is enhancing his expertise in 2024 through certifications in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and Muscle Systems Specialist training in his relentless quest for professional excellence. Mike’s current qualifications are extensive and diverse, underscoring his commitment to inclusive fitness:
